Activate short-term local burst campaigns at city-level in markets where centre occupancy levels are low with the aim to raise awareness & ultimately increase centre enquiries. This challenge was magnified by the need to execute on a global scale, post-pandemic.

Audience

B2B target audience includes CEO’s, Managing Directors, COO’s, Entrepreneurs, Freelancers, Operations Managers, Head of Property, Property Managers, Head of Procurement, Procurement Managers, Head of Facilities, Facilities Managers, and Office Managers from various business scales – large corporates, small & medium businesses, freelancers, and startups.

In an effort to tap into the local markets effectively, we partnered with two of Italy’s most esteemed business publications: Il Sole 24 Ore & Forbes Italy. This partnership offered us a multifaceted approach, mixing both Brand Awareness (BA) and Direct Response (DR) tactics. Our strategy encompassed content partnerships, display advertising, targeted email campaigns, and radio broadcasts.

Results Overview

The campaign delivered a significant surge in site traffic, noticeable especially at the culmination of the campaign in both target cities. Within just 9 weeks, we secured 60 enquiries directly attributed to our campaign (based on the last click, as per Google Analytics). Moreover, the Rome-specific strategy alone brought about a 55% spike in sessions and a 75% hike in leads.
